This is a request for Information (RFI) to identify potential sources possessing the capabilities described herein and ascertain whether the required supplies are commercial in nature. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. Background: The Defense Health Agency is seeing business firms to provide all services, materials, and equipment necessary for all preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance services on designated government leased Ortho Clinical Diagnostics VITROS 5600 analyzers located at the U.S. Naval Hospital Naples, Italy. 4. Description: NAICS 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. See attached RFI document for additional information.
