The VA anticipates soliciting this requirement as a full and open competition under FAR Part 36 procedures. The anticipated NAICS code is 238320 Painting and Wall Covering Contractors. Interested parties should submit a brief capabilities statement demonstrating their ability to perform the required services. Responses will be used solely to help determine the appropriate acquisition strategy, including potential small business set aside. Other than small businesses may also respond. Responses are due no later than 6/24/2026, at 11:00 AM Pacific Standard Time and must be submitted via email to both Charlene.Johnson8@va.gov and Alan.Perez@va.gov. Note: Do not include Proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information in responses. DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to prepare and paint designated exterior building elements at the Boise VA Medical Center, 500 West Fort Street, Boise, ID 83702.
