USNS PUERTO RICO (T-EPF 11) Regular Overhaul (ROH). Place of Performance: Thailand or South Korea. Please see attached solicitation. If interested in submitting a proposal, please contact via email at kesavan.krishnansingh.ln@us.navy.mil for the solicitation attachments, including the specifications and references to be sent separately via DoDSafe email. Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date and time to 22 June 2026, 2:00 pm (Singapore time) and to answer clarification questions. (see attachment). Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to to add Section G - add G.4 ELECTRONIC TRANSFER OF FUNDS PAYMENTS - FEDERAL RESERVE WIRE TRANSFER SYSTEM (NAVSUPFLCY MAR 2026) - see attachment and provide responses to clarification questions - see attachment "Amendment 0002 answers" The purpose of this amendment is to provide: 1. Revised T & M CLIN 0006/0007 in contractor price breakdown sheet. 2. Provide responses to clarification questions - see attachment "Amendment 0003 answers" 3 Provide references for work items. 4.
