Uploaded the following documents: "QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS Part 1" and "QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS Part 2". AMENDMENT 1: Re-upload of "Attachment 1 Technical Specifications 1424 Part 2" as a PDF to allow for document access.
