VA Seeking Leased Space for Vet Center � Savannah, GA

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a minimum of 4,172 and up to 5,042 ABOA SF, and no more than 5,389 RSF of contiguous existing office space in Savannah, GA. Only existing buildings that can be built out to meet VA requirements will be considered. New construction (including ground?up construction, new build proposals, and development of a new facility) will not be accepted. Offerors are instructed to reference all attachments associated with this solicitation for complete requirements, instructions, and submission details. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Rachael Hallock at Rachael.Hallock@va.gov no later than Thursday, April 9 at 10:00 AM EST. An amendment to this solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov containing all questions received by the deadline and the corresponding VA responses. Questions received after the deadline will not be addressed or included in the amendment.
