This amendment extends the due date for submission of offers and provides information regarding a site visit. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. Late submissions will be handled in accordance with FAR 52.215-1, Instructions to Offerors—Competitive Acquisition. Site Visit A site visit will be held on May 14th, 2026, 10:30 a.m. [local time]. Please provide the following information to grant you access to the visit: • Full Name • Company Name • ID number (Passport number for non-Panamanians) Due to space restrictions just one representative per company will be accepted. Send the information to pnmprocreq@state.gov before May 13th, 2026, 03:00 p.m. [local time]. The U.S. Embassy in Panamá has a requirement to purchase MAIN KITCHEN EQUIPMENT. Please note that this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 19PM0726Q0007 issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC Number/Effective Date: FAC 2026-01 March 13, 2026. Item to be acquired are described in the attached Combined Synopsys/Solicitation document. F.O.B. Destination: U.S. Embassy Panama City, Residence of the Ambassador, Manuel J. Hurtado St., La Cresta, Panama City, Republic of Panama. Delivery date: Not more than 120 days after the award. Warranty: One (1) year warranty on parts and labor, no less than three (3) years warranty on compressor. Offerors must have a dealer repair/maintenance network for warranty and parts in the Republic of Panama. If the offeror is not in the Republic of Panama, the offeror must present proof of a joint venture or liability delegation letter from a representative in the country. Specifications/ datasheet: Offerors must present catalog and specifications of the equipment offered, including accessories. New equipment ONLY, NO grey market or refurbished products. Items never used and not altered in any way. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror.
