Request for Information - Rental, Setup, and Removal of 700 Cots at USAFA

This is a Request for Information for an upcoming requirement to provide the short-term rental, delivery, setup, and subsequent removal of 700 cots at the United States Air Force Academy. Formal quotes are not being requested at this time; this notice is strictly for market research and planning purposes only. Delivery & Setup Date: Sunday, 19 July 2026. All cots must be delivered, offloaded, and fully set up in the designated area by the end of this day. Tear-down & Pickup Date: Saturday, 25 July 2026. All cots must be broken down, loaded, and removed from the installation on this day. Location: The exact delivery building/site is To Be Determined (TBD), but will be located within the confines of the US Air Force Academy (USAFA) in Colorado Springs, CO. Access: The vendor must be capable of coordinating installation access for delivery and removal vehicles.
