Description

This notice is for market research purposes to identify Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses capable of fulfilling a specified requirement. This is not a solicitation. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract. There will be no response to a solicitation. The Government will not pay or reimburse any costs for preparing a response. This notice aims to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification concerning North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, with a size standard of 800 employees. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veteran Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8 South Contracting Team, is seeking interested sources to provide a consignment agreement under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Brand Name of AlloDerm and Strattice Reconstructive Tissue Matrix in various models and sizes for participating facilities in VISN 8. The contract period will be a base of twelve months and four twelve-month options. The contractor shall provide delivery, setup of inventory, and management of Periodic Automatic Replenishment (PAR) levels of products with a sterility/expiration date of less than 90 days provided to the individual VA medical center facility. These services will be completed at no additional cost to the government. Initial consignment inventory shall be placed at no expense to the Government until products are used or opened. Interested sources, please provide the following: A capability statement expressing interest in this requirement, describing your company and its capability to complete this work. Include a statement detailing any special qualifications and certifications applicable to the scope of this project held by your firm. The capability statement must directly address the products availability and the potential to manage the consignment of these products. A statement or list of your firm's current or past performance similar to or the same as the summary scope of work. Include a point-of-contact name, phone number, and email address. A statement of your firm's business size and type (HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, 8(a), Woman-Owned, Small Business, etc.) utilizing the NAICS code and size standard noted above. Submit this information to Contracting Specialist Artur Araujo via email at’ artur.araujo@va.gov. Your response to this notice must be received in writing on or before 16:00 P.M. (Eastern Time Zone) on April 7, 2026.
