Isotope Analysis of Atmospheric Trace Gases

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1305M26Q0110 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for a single award indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with fixed priced task orders providing isotope analysis support to the Global Monitoring Laboratory (GML) in Boulder, CO. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
