Description

New unit, manufactured 2025 or newer, automated aerosol can disposal system. Captures and contains propellant gases and liquid concentrate for disposal. HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT - 15hp minimum, 15gpm Oilgear pump (or equivalent) with filter; COMPACTION CYCLINDER - 4in ID x 12in stroke minimum powered by at 3indiameter heavy duty press cylinder, 4-6 cycles per minute; CAPACITY - Accepts cans 1.5in to 3in diameter and 12in tall, 250 cans per hour minimum; PRE-LOADER - Accepts single can and loads compaction cylinder; CONTROL PANEL - Pneumatic controls, manual and automatic operation ability, emergency stop feature; FEED TABLE - 36in x 48in stainless top, tabletop chain, start-stop feature with each cycle; FAN - Hydraulic driven, 250cfm airflow minimum, filter system with saturation indicator; ELECTRICAL SPECS - 230/460volts, 3 phase, 60 hertz; OPTIONS - Includes 55 gallon carbon filter canister; DOCUMENTS - one year manufacturer warranty, two copies each of operator and maintenance manuals; TRAINING - Offer MUST include onsite training for up to 5operators; DELIVERY - Offer includes delivery to Fort Hood TX at end users location. BUY AMERICAN form shall be completed and included with offer to be considered.
