Delivery Order Number 36C24726N0281 issued against existing Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC) contract number 36C10G25D0013, is for the purchase, delivery, installation, maintenance, and testing of the single/dual console da Vinci® Robotic Surgical System (referred to as the "da Vinci® System" or "da Vinci®" or "System") by Intuitive Surgical, Inc. (ISI), the exclusive manufacturer of these products, distributed by SDV Office System, LLC dba SDV Medical, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that is the sole authorized distributor of ISI. This requirement is for the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center, Warehouse Bldg 111, 1 Freedom Way, Augusta GA 30904 and includes the purchase of the required system as well as surgical accessories.
