To conform to the solicitation contractors shall submit the Standard Form 30 blocks 15a, 15b, and 15c and Standard Form 1449 blocks 30a, 30b, and 30c on page 1, price quotes (by filling in Unit Price and Total Amount) in section B, FAR 52.212-3 as applicable, and any other documents specified in the solicitation.
