INDIANA HARBOR AND CANAL CONFINED DISPOSAL FACILITY – DOOR ACCESS REPAIR, EAST CHICAGO, LAKE COUNTY, INDIANA

This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice for commercial items issued pursuant to FAR Subpart 12. Under this notice, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Chicago District (USACE) is issuing a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for: INDIANA HARBOR AND CANAL CONFINED DISPOSAL FACILITY – DOOR ACCESS REPAIR, EAST CHICAGO, LAKE COUNTY, INDIANA. GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENT: This acquisition is pursuant to the provisions set forth by Part 12 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, “Commercial Items.” In this acquisition, the contractor shall repair door access to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Indiana Harbor and Canal Confined Disposal Facility Project Office in accordance with the enclosed statement of work. Incidental services include install. Pricing shall include parts, materials, deliveries, and any incidentals to perform the entire work described in the statement of work. Competition for this acquisition is RESTRICTED TO SMALL BUSINESSES. AN OFFEROR MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT WHEN PLACING AN OFFER/QUOTATION PACKAGE FOR THIS ACQUISITION. REGISTRATION CAN BE COMPLETED FREE OF CHARGE AT www.sam.gov. The applicable Size Standard is North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238290 with a size standard of $19.5M. SUBMITTAL DUE DATE AND TIME: The Contractor submittal packages must be received by the USACE-Chicago District Office no later than 3:30 p.m. (Central Time) on August 16, 2022.
