Delivery Order Number 36C24726N0258 issued against existing Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC) contract number 36C10G25D0013, is for the purchase, delivery, installation, maintenance, and testing of the single/dual console da Vinci® Robotic Surgical System (referred to as the "da Vinci® System" or "da Vinci®" or "System") by Intuitive Surgical, Inc. (ISI), the exclusive manufacturer of these products, distributed by SDV Office System, LLC dba SDV Medical, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that is the sole authorized distributor of ISI. This requirement is for the Columbia VA Healthcare System, WJBD VA Medical Center, 6439 Garners Ferry Road, Columbia, SC 29209 and includes the purchase of required the system as well as surgical accessories. The Period of Performance for the delivery order is from June 5, 2026, through June 4, 2027.
