The purpose of this amendment is to Notice 2 is provided herein as Enclosure (1) in response to pre-bid inquiries (PBIs). Notice 2 is provided for INFORMATION ONLY. The solicitation remains unchanged unless it is amended in writing on an SF30.The due date for bid submission remains unchanged at 05 August 2026 at 2:30 p.m. JST.Offerors shall acknowledge this amendment in Block 19 of the SF1442.
