**This is an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set-Aside** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a contractor to deliver the identified 1) Examination chairs, and 2) compatible Accessories listed on the attached Product Specification sheet to the Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, Navajo Area Indian Health Service (IHS) located at NM State 371, Navajo Route 9, Crownpoint, New Mexico 87313 ********Contractor must be an authorized MIDMARK distributor******* Closing date will be 8:00am (MST) on July 31, 2026.
