Description

This is a Special Notice. The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to Association of Certified Fraud Examiners pursuant to FAR 12.201-1, Purchase Orders. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 10:00 am (ET) July 22,2026. Point of contact is Naomi Collier via Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov. The proposed order is for Certified Fraud Examiners Certifcations for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Association of Certified Fraud Examiners 716 West Avenue • Austin, Texas 78701. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Any source capable of providing the service and interested in submitting a capability statement may do so electronically to Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov
