Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Texas City: San Antonio Delineated Area: North: Follows State Hwy 1604, then transitions to Stone Oak Parkway, continues along Hardy Oak Road, and then Blanco Road, before returning to State Hwy 1604. South: I-410 East: I-410 to I-35 West: I-10 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 21,197 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 23,429 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 50 on-site parking spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space shall be located in an office, research, technology, or business park that is modern in design with a campus-like atmosphere; and be in a modern office building that is professional and prestigious in appearance with the surrounding development well maintained and in consonance with a professional image. Offered space must be contiguous on one floor or vertically contiguous on two floors and provide for an efficient layout. Subleases will not be considered. Federal Security Level - 2. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
