The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity Healthcare Contracting Division, Southeast (DHACA-HCD-SE) provides notice of its intent to award a firm-fixed-price, sole-source contract to Roche Diagnostics. The acquisition is conducted under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements."
