In accordance with RFO FAR 5.1, this is a pre-solicitation notice ("synopsis") that DLA Weapons Support at Aberdeen anticipates issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about 28 September 2026, for the following item listed below to support the AN/PSQ-20B Enhanced Night Vision Goggle. The NAICS code is 334511. The Government possesses a limited technical data package (TDP) for the part. The TDP is available for conditional release per distribution statement. The TDP includes conceptual information. This is not for a developmental effort. Alternate designs must be approved by the Government. This is not a solicitation. This is only an estimate and will not bind the contractor or the Government in any way or at any time into a contract with any of the specified terms below. The proposed contract type is a commercial, five (5) year, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) with a maximum contract value of $9,809,553.85. NSN 5855-01-738-9480 Image Intensifier Tube P/N OFM-2307-A2 Annual Best Estimate Quantity (BEQ) = 400ea – 625ea. Note: The annual BEQ of 400ea – 625ea per year is listed for planning purposes only. Actual annual ordered quantities may be more or less than the annual BEQ. Image Intensifier Tube (I2 Tube) to support the AN/PSQ-20B Enhanced Night Vision Goggle and their associated technical data, are restricted from export by the International Trafficking in Arms Regulation (ITAR), Part 121, Category XII. The TDP is subject to the Internal Traffic in Arms Regulations. Any Offeror who wants to request a copy of the TDP must be registered in the Joint Certification Program, website is below: https://public.logisticsinformationservice.dla.mil/PublicHome/jcp/default.aspx Requests for a copy of the TDP after the RFQ is issued must include proof of DD Form 2345 JCP Certification and proof of Facility Security Clearance (FCL) / Level of Safeguarding for Classified Information / Material of SECRET / SECRET. The anticipated hardware ship to location will be W25G1U, New Cumberland, PA. The Government required delivery will be listed in the solicitation.
