The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Wagner Equipment for the emergency repair of a Volvo Truck for the BIA, Eastern Navajo Agency, Branch of Transportation, under the authority of FAR 12.102(a).
