Amendment 0001: Quantities of CLIN 0003 and 0004 have been adjusted based on responses from industry. The minimum specifications for solid deicer have also been updated to change the order increment. End Amendment. Purchase of solid and liquid deicer IAW the technical specifications with delivery to Fort Drum, NY, 13602. See attached combined synopsis/solicitation for more details.
