Amendment 0001 is hereby issued to add to: 1)H.16 - Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), 2) Attachment 11- Quality Assurance Plan 3) 52.222 - 90 - Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors (APR 2026). The attached questions and answers regarding the requirment are also added. All other Terms, Conditions, and Line Items remain the same.
