Pricing Arrangement: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) $ The Government intends on awarding a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order for the aforementioned services. It is expected that award will be made by no later than 30 September 2026. The required Period of Performance is 18 OCTOBER 2026 to 02 NOVEMBER 2026 and performance location GUAM 7th Fleet. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Services (Class Deviation RFO-2025-12) applies to this acquisition and is incorporated by reference.
