With additional capacity, the current AE MATOC can provide the necessary support with little or no delay or duplication of costs. The increase in shared capacity will strictly be limited to modifications to existing task orders. Responses to this notice must be received by email to the point of contract (POC) Russ Armstrong (Russell.J.Armstrong@usace.army.mil) and Kyla Couch (Kyla.M.Couch@usace.army.mil) no later than 9 June 2026, 2:00 pm (Pacific Time) as indicated by this notice.
