This is a Notice of Intent that AFSC/PZIMB anticipates issuing a sole source, award to the OEM, Pendulum Instruments, Inc (8AM30) for the purchase of CNT-91R/AF. This item is only distributed by the OEM. DESCRIPTION. The Contractor shall provide all the tools, parts, materials, equipment, labor to provide 802d MXSS/MXDCA, 402d Maintenance Support Group (MXSG), Robins Air Force Base, (1) each CNT-91R /AF Rubidium Frequency Counters.
