Civil Works Multi-Discipline Architect/Engineer (A/E) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC)

Revision 0003: Per FAR 7.107-5(c)(1), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has determined a consolidation of contract requirements is necessary and justified for this requirement. The solicitation may not be publicized prior to seven (7) days after publication of this consolidation notice. As such, this pre-solicitation notice is revised to reflect an updated anticipated solicitation issuance date of 29 December 2025. Please note that additional time will be built in to the proposal due date in consideration of the holidays. This pre-solicitation notice is otherwise unaffected by the consolidation determination. Revision 0002: This pre-solicitation notice is revised to note that this MATOC will not include projects for vertical construction facilities.
