This pre-solicitation notice is being issued by AFSC/PZACB, Hill AFB, UT, ahead of an anticipated new supply buy for the following: Contract Type: Supply Pricing Arrangement: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) End Item: F-16 Noun: Catalyst, Iridium NSN: 6850011321924RP P/N: 243-024-9001 QTY: 65 ea Required Delivery: 12 March 2027 FOB: Origin Ship To: SW3210 The Government anticipates a single sole source award to Honeywell International Inc. (Cage Code 70210). The Government does not own the rights to the data for the F-16 Catalyst Iridium. Honeywell possesses the proprietary data rights to this part. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
