RFP 5012 for the acquisition of AVAYA Products and Services for the Department of Information Technology Services.

RFP 5014 for the sole source certification of real time change data capture and synchronization software licenses and maintenance for the Department of Human Services.

RFP 4631 for the acquisition of a Women, Infants, and Children Electronic Benefits Transfer (WIC-EBT) system for the State Department of Health.

RFP 3850 to enhance the existing vendor pool to be used in the Managed Service Provider process for the acquisition of Information Systems Consulting Services for the State of Mississippi. Proposals accepted until September 30, 2026.

RFP 3849 to enhance the vendor pool to be used in the General RFP process for the acquisition of Computer Hardware/Software and Telephone Equipment, Services, and Maintenance for the State of Mississippi through September 30, 2026.

RFP 4599 to establish a vendor pool to be used for the acquisition of various categories of public safety video & communication (PSVC) equipment through February 28, 2027. Categories included are body Worn, Dashboard, and Building Cameras, License Plate Readers, Two-Way Radio Systems, Surveillance Units, and Access Control Systems.

RFP 4733 to establish a vendor pool to be used for the acquisition of cabling materials and turnkey cabling solutions. An optional Web Conference will be conducted Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time. Vendors must contact the State contact listed on the RFP cover sheet no later than 3:00 p.m. Central Time the day preceding the conference to receive instructions for entering the conference.

RFP 4671 for inclusion in a vendor pool to be used for the acquisition of various categories of IT Hardware equipment.
