Carmacks Public Works Building: Retrofit Architectural and Engineering Services RFP to complete retrofit designs and construction administration of the Carmacks Municipal Public Works Building Community: CarmacksTraditional Territory of the Little Salmon Carmacks First Nation

Community: Whitehorse Traditional Territory: Kwanlin D?n First Nation Apply a handfalling treatment to 9.4 hectares of forested land in FireSmart block FS-840A. The block consists of two (2) treatment areas with distinct thinning prescriptions applied to a mixedwood forest type. Disposal of debris resulting from treatment is required. The project is located east of the Cowley Creek Subdivision, Whitehorse, Yukon. This RFB is a second stage procurement following RFQ-2025-1-4154, RFQ-2025-8-4675 and RFQ-2026-1-4978 REQUEST for QUALIFICATIONS to Provide Mechanized and Non-Mechanized Fuel Management Treatment Services. Only Bidders that have pre-qualified through this RFQ process or any subsequent onboarding process released under the same terms can submit a Bid on this RFB. Any Potential Bidder who is not pre-qualified at the Closing Time of this RFB, will not be considered for this procurement.

The project is located south of the City of Whitehorse within the Mary Lake Shaded Fuelbreak. This RFB is a second stage procurement following RFQ 2025-1-4154, RFQ-2025-8-4675 and RFQ-2026-1-4978 REQUEST for QUALIFICATIONS to Provide Mechanized and Non-Mechanized Fuel Management Treatment Services. Only Bidders that have pre-qualified through this RFQ process or any subsequent onboarding process released under the same terms can submit a Bid on this RFB. Traditional Territories: Carcross/Tagish First Nation, Champagne and Aishihik First Nations, First Nation of Na-Cho Ny?k Dun, Kluane First Nation, Kwanlin D?n First Nation, Liard First Nation, Little Salmon/Carmacks First Nation, Ross River Dena Council, Selkirk First Nation, Ta?an Kw?ch??n Council, Teslin Tlingit Council, Tr?ond?k Hw?ch?in, Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation, White River First Nation. Wildland Fire Management is seeking qualified contractors to provide various mechanized, semi-mechanized or non-mechanized (handfalling) fuel management treatment services in Whitehorse, and other select areas in the Yukon to mitigate risks associated with wildland fire. This is the onboarding process for the initial prequalification list resulting from RFQ- 2025-1-4154. In line with the terms of the initial RFQ, Part F: Terms of Qualified Source List (Section 6.1), the Owner is providing an opportunity for Respondents to qualify and to be added to the PQL. Respondents that were successfully added to the PQL, through the original RFQ-2025-1-4154 process or any subsequent onboarding, do not need to re-apply.

To provide the recognized Automotive extrication training consistent with NFPA 1006 standard for Technical Rescue Personnel Professional Qualifications and NFPA 1670 Standard on Operations and Training for Technical Search and Rescue Incidents. Community: Dawson City, YT Traditional Territory: Tr'ond?k Hw?ch'in This scope of this project is to construct a truck weigh scale at the Quigley Solid Waste Management Facility. Work under this contract includes: supply and install a truck weigh scale, concrete footings, Permanent Wood Foundation abutments, gravel approaches and other aggregates, and concrete jersey barriers. It also includes: earthworks, electrical scope as per the drawings, mobilization and demobilization, traffic control, environmental control, and weigh scale training, commissioning, and one year of support.
