Description
This project includes the cleaning of the existing modified bitumen roofing system to the point it can receive a new fully adhered membrane roof. The Scope of Work also includes the installation of approximately 261 squares of new fleece-backed fully adhered EPDM roofing over the existing modified-bitumen roofing system. Additionally, approximately 10 squares of new “flute-fill” insulation is to be installed over existing metal roofing/siding and new fleece-backed, fully adhered EPDM roofing installed over the “flute-fill” insulation.
