Scope of work shall include the following. “As per design” shall include drawings, project specs, and City of Pueblo construction specs and standards. Replace makeup air unit as per design. Demolish existing RTUs and evaporative units as per design. Install new exterior ductwork and RTU on roof as per design. Install new, modify existing, and extend ductwork as per design. Install new, modify existing, and extend domestic water piping as per design to serve the new MAU. Install new split system outdoor and indoor units as per design. Install new exhaust fans as per design. Install thermostats and interlocks as specified in the drawings. Provide mechanical, plumbing, architectural, structural, electrical, and other services as necessary per design.
