  "summary": "<p style=\"text-align: center;\">CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA</p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS</p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">PROPOSALS will be received electronically through OpenGov and monitored by the Public Works Department, Engineering Division until 4:00 P.M. on the 19th day of May 2023, for performing work as follows:</p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Annual Citywide Striping and Pavement Marking Program</p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">(CIP Number 70017)</p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fiscal YEAR 2023/2024 THROUGH Fiscal YEAR 2028/2029</p><p>Description of Work: &nbsp;This work shall consist in part of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, incidentals as required by specifications and contract documents for the above stated project. &nbsp;The work to be done hereunder consists of providing Citywide Striping and Pavement Marking Services that will include labor, materials, parts and equipment all as specified herein or as customarily necessary to complete the intent of the proposed work.</p><p>This is not a Public Works project but rather a Maintenance Services Contract and therefore is not subject to award to the lowest bidder. &nbsp;The award of this contract will be made at the discretion of the City, based on the qualifications, demonstrated experience and the fee proposals submitted by contractors with responsive proposals.</p><p>The contract will be for a period of three (3) Fiscal Years with renewal on a year-by-year basis for an additional two (2) years at the sole discretion of the City. &nbsp;The City Engineer may renew the contract based on the Contractor&rsquo;s overall performance, and upon renewal of all bonds and insurance certificate(s).</p><p>The work to be done hereunder consists of providing Citywide Striping and Pavement Marking Services that will include labor, materials, parts and equipment all as specified in the Request for Proposals.&nbsp; &nbsp;</p>",
