CEO Risk Management has a need for coverage counsel to provide insurance coverage analysis and advice, coverage position communications, and pursue coverage under an insurance contract or recovery involving insurance related matters through negotiations, arbitration, mediation, and litigation including the pursuit of bad faith claims. Insurance Coverage Counsel shall collaborate with County Counsel and Risk defense counsel as needed in providing the requested services.
