Description

Volusia County is seeking bids from manufacturers and/or reseller for the purchase of business class personal computer equipment that meets the County’s specifications and requirements. Equipment shall be defined as desktops, laptops, tablets, all-in-ones, monitors, mice, keyboards, and other comparable computer hardware. The County will require warranty coverage for 5 years, to include accidental damage on all portable devices. The County currently has approximately 3,000 Microsoft Windows based personal computers. The County typically will place three (3) to four (4) orders per year, spreading the total replacement of all systems over a 5-year period. This translates to the County ordering approximately 600 personal computers per year. The County does not guarantee a minimum number of systems to be ordered through this agreement.
