REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR RAPPAHANNOCK AREA COMMUNITY SERVICES BOARD April 8, 2016 GENERAL INFORMATION Proposal The Rappahannock Area Community Services Board (RACSB) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to design and develop a new website for the agency as outlined. All proposals must be delivered to: Michelle Wagaman, Prevention and Public Information Coordinator Rappahannock Area Community Services Board 600 Jackson Street Fredericksburg, VA 22401 540-940-2314 – Fax 540-371-3753 mwagaman@racsb.state.va.us Proposals must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on May 6, 2016. Respondents must submit two (2) copies and one (1) original to Rappahannock Area Community Services Board, 600 Jackson Street, Fredericksburg, VA 22401 as well as adhere to the code of ethics and purchasing laws set forth in the Virginia Public Procurement Act.
