Urban Sidewalk Maintenance - FY-11

Description
This project includes but is not limited to: a) Removal and replacement of existing sidewalk (concrete and brick); b) Resetting or replacement of granite curb; c) Removal and replacement of existing concrete curb and gutter; d) Reconstruction of existing basins in accordance with City Standards; e) Adjusting of existing utility castings to proper grade as needed; f) Disposal of excavated and removed material; g) Installation of new wheelchair ramps in accordance with ADA requirements; h) Expansion/modification of existing tree wells by saw-cutting concrete sidewalk; i) Removal of existing tree stumps; j) Pruning, cutting, shaving and alternative methods for preparing street tree roots as determined by the City Arborist; k) Removal of street trees as determined by the City Arborist; and l) Any other miscellaneous work as required.
