Description
The purpose and intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified financial advisors to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the provision of Financial Advisor Services to assist the County of Loudoun, Virginia (the “County”) in the analysis, structure and placement of an estimated $1.0 billion in financings over a five (5) year period, and to provide advice on other financing and financial management issues. Consultants responding to this RFP shall have extensive experience, a knowledgeable background and qualifications in the following areas:
