Description

The City is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors to perform repairs to the pool at Mineral Palace Pool located at 1602 N. Santa Fe Avenue, Pueblo, Colorado. The awarded Contractor will strip/remove the existing pool paint/coating, replace caulking to joints as necessary, clean all pool surfaces, repair any damage to concrete/surface area, and apply/coat the pool surface with approved (or determined as approved equal) materials as outlined in the SCOPE OF SERVICE & PROJECT REQUIREMENTS . The awarded Contractor shall be responsible for all administration, personnel, supervision, management, labor, programs, consumable materials, shipping, handling, delivery, travel (if necessary), insurance, profit, and equipment necessary to provide the services requested in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
