802 N MASSACHUSETTS AVE FOOD – BEVERAGE – RETAIL OPERATORS THE CITY OF LAKELAND COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (CRA) IS SOLICITING SEALED PROPOSALS FROM RELIABLE AND QUALIFIED INDIVIDUALS AND/OR COMPANIES TO LEASE COMMERCIAL SPACE AND PROVIDE FOOD, BEVERAGE AND/OR RETAIL SERVICES TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. THE QUALIFIED INDIVIDUAL OR COMPANY SHOULD HAVE PRIOR SUCCESSFUL EXPERIENCE IN OWNING AND OPERATING A FOOD, BEVERAGE AND/OR RETAIL BUSINESS. THE CRA ANTICIPATES ENTERING INTO A WRITTEN LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE SUCCESSFUL PROPOSER TO OPERATE THE COMMERCIAL SPACE. THE PROPOSALS SUBMITTED SHALL BE IN COMPLETE ACCORDANCE WITH, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, THE ATTACHED SPECIFICATIONS, ALL CODES AND REQUIREMENTS REFERENCED THEREIN.
