The County of Shasta, through its Department of Support Services - Purchasing Unit, is issuing this solicitation for the provision of providing short-term host homes as an intervention for youth who are currently experiencing homelessness. The goal of short-term host homes is to provide a safe, temporary, welcoming space for an average of six months where the young person, aged 18-24, has time to make decisions about other housing options with the support of a case manager.
