The purpose of the RFQ is to establish a list of vendors to provide various construction materials for purchase by a private homeowner or their contractor, for a one-time FEMA grant project that has been approved by FEMA to be owner-managed. Bidders should refer to Exhibit A, Supplemental Provisions - FEMA’s Flood Mitigation Assistance Program for additional information. The City will conduct a RFQ to obtain materials for this project from qualified companies, in order to establish a list of vendors that can provide immediate delivery in order to complete this time-sensitive project
