  "summary": "<p>The Website Replacement and Logo Redesign Project is to develop a new SBCAG agency logo and a comprehensive modern redesign and replacement of the SBCAG.org website which will involve:</p><ul><li><div class=\"list-item-child\">Stakeholder engagement;</div></li><li><div class=\"list-item-child\">Logo development, creative design, and review/feedback;</div></li><li><div class=\"list-item-child\">Migration of existing website content to a new platform and design template;</div></li><li><div class=\"list-item-child\">Website audit and assurance of compliance updates with Web Content<br/>Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as well as state and federal requirements;</div></li><li><div class=\"list-item-child\">Development of a new parallel natively designed Spanish-language translation into the website platform or a similar product integrated into the new platform and design;</div></li><li><div class=\"list-item-child\">Technical training of SBCAG staff; and</div></li><li><div class=\"list-item-child\">Ongoing technical, maintenance, and program management of the website through the contract period.</div></li></ul><p>SBCAG is committed to provide a professional and informative website experience for the public and government agency partners. The website experience and functionality should prioritize an audience of partner governments local, state, federal and tribal as well as the public in SBCAG’s various programs, projects and work activities. This includes residents of the county represented by lower income households, minorities, persons with disabilities as well as community and services organizations who look for regional information about planning, projects, meetings/workshops and services available in Santa Barbara County.</p><p>In addition to the SBCAG.org website, the organization manages nine websites: measurea.net, connected2050.org, trafficsolutions.org, cleanairexpress.com, ezbike.org, cyclemaynia.org, sbopenstreets.org, santabarbaracarfree.org, and centralcoastcoalition.org. For the primary website, Network Solutions is used for the domain and to host the weebly platform. Blue Host provides domains and hosts WordPress platforms of other SBCAG websites, with the exception of measurea.net that is similar to the SBCAG.org site.</p>",
