This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the Colorado State Purchasing Office (SPO), in cooperation with NASPO ValuePoint, formerly WSCA-NASPO. The State of Colorado is the sole point of contact concerning this RFP. During the Solicitation process for this RFP, all official communication with Offerors will be via notices on www.colorado.gov/VSS. Notices may include any modifications to administrative or performance requirements, answers to inquiries received, clarifications to requirements, and the announcement of the apparent winning Offeror(s). It is incumbent upon Offerors to monitor www.colorado.gov/VSS for any such notices, as eVA accepts no responsibility for a prospective Offeror not receiving Solicitation documents and/or revisions to the Solicitation.
