Prior to submitting a bid, Bidders are advised to carefully read the instructions below, including the model contract and any solicitation attachments and/or exhibits.</p><p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;\">This competitive bid is to provide one (1) four-compartment prefabricated hazardous materials storage building (Building) designed for segregated storage of classified hazardous materials as specified herein. All Building design and fabrication processes are by the manufacturer (Vendor). Deliver the Building to the Owner&rsquo;s Site. Include all expenses, insurance, fees, taxes, and permits associated with the transportation and delivery.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>",
