The County of San Mateo is seeking quotations for the digitizing of a variety of media formats because they have evolved and changed. The images need to be preserved before the machines go out of existence. MEDIA SOURCE TYPE Memorex Chroma 80-7C Film Reel Helical Scan Video Records Film (various sizes) V-30H/V-30D/V-32 Cassette Tape VHS Tape Floppy Disk Hard Floppy Disk Scotch 3M Video Tape Film Negatives (various sizes) 60mm wide to 9.2mm wide Cost, conformity to specifications of goods, and product availability will be considered. After an evaluation of all quotations, a County purchase order is expected to be issued in association with the lowest, responsive bid received from a qualified, responsible vendor.
