The City of Caldwell Department Name Department is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified companies to design a diesel generator for the O'Conner Fieldhouse to be utilized as an emergency shelter. ARPA funds will be utilized for this project. The RFP is using Federal funding and so the potential vendor is required to be registered and in good standing with SAM.GOV. The potential vendor must submit proof of registration and good standing. https://sam.gov 2 CFR 200 https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-2/subtitle-A/chapter-II/part-200/subpart-D/subject-group-ECFR45ddd4419ad436d This project is federally funded and is subject to all applicable requirements outlined in the 2 CFR 200, Uniformed Administrative Requirements.
