The Work consists of replacement of dry pipe sprinkler systems at Arthur Ashe Elementary School and Longdale Elementary School. Arthur Ashe Elementary School consists of replacing two of the four existing dry pipe sprinkler systems which currently serve the attic spaces of the school. Arthur Ashe Elementary School is located at 1001 Cedar Fork Road, Richmond, VA 23223. Longdale Elementary School consists of replacing two of the three existing dry pipe sprinkler systems which currently serve the attic spaces of the school. Longdale Elementary School is located at 9500 Norfolk Street, Glen Allen, VA 23060.
