Description
The City of Richmond – Fire Department has determined the need to install a single ply roofing membrane system at Fire Station #22, located at 2420 Broad Rock Boulevard, Richmond, VA 23224. General scope of services includes, but is not limited to all prime, subcontractor, and supplier services necessary to provide complete turnkey management and delivery of the project. Typical areas of the construction work will include, but are not limited to, demolition of existing roofing membrane and installation of new Thermoplastic Polyolefin Roofing (TPO) fully adhered roofing materials for a complete system including all flashings, coatings, roof penetrations, gutters/downspouts and all associated work.
