Description
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS for “TERM CONTRACT” FACILITY MASTER PLANNING SERVICES RFP # 123: 12-003 The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for a “TERM CONTRACT” to provide Professional Services. These services will be contracted on an “as needed” basis through the Project Order process at any time during the contract term in accordance with the guidelines defined in the CPSM. The Agency often needs professional architectural and/or engineering assistance for discrete, small projects such as investigations, studies, reports, design of small projects, and related services. The aim of this RFP is to contract with a facility planner who will agree to be available to provide these services in a timely manner, thereby reducing the Agency's cost and time for advertising and developing numerous RFP's, and generally to increase the Agency's efficiency in obtaining professional services. Location of work is State – Wide Virginia. Firms must be eVA registered prior to the award of the Term Contract. Sealed proposals for furnishing the services described herein will be received until 3:00 p.m. local time on January 17, 2012. Proposals must be received by the deadline stated. Copies of the Request for Proposals may be accessed on the eVA website or requested by emailing chris.dunn1@us.army.mil.
